Amanda and I met while working at a big box home décor retailer. We were young and poor with no work experience and she rescued me from having to lunch alone with an overly friendly male coworker. The bond was formed.  We spent our twenties together making life’s mistakes (some fun, others not) and even survived living together for a short time. Recently we experienced the biggest changes of all, becoming wives and mothers. As we traversed the many hurdles of wedding planning, colic, and temperamental toddlers we bonded further over our efforts in making our houses into homes and all the things that entail.  We are here now in hopes to share that journey with you.  They say to write about what you love. Well, we love taking on more projects than we will ever really (realistically) have time for.
